Faulty Items

If a product is deemed faulty please contact us so we can discuss options with you. All postage costs for items returned due to faults will be credited back to you by Mototo provided you use the delivery method we request. If delivery is done by any other means then we will not credit back the delivery costs incurred.

Please contact us in advance of returning any goods. This will also allow us to advise you which delivery method to use to return your order as well as inform you of anything else you need to know.

Non-Faulty Items

Unwanted goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or exchange. They must be unused, in re-saleable condition, free from any damage and include all original components and packaging.

Please contact us in advance of returning any goods. This will also allow us to advise you which delivery method to use to return your order as well as inform you of anything else you need to know.

If returned items are not clean, are missing parts, show clear signs of use, or you fail to provide proof of purchase or order reference details we reserve the right to not accept the return.

Unfortunately due to the low margin nature of our business return delivery costs cannot be reimbursed.

You will be liable for all items posted and not received by Mototo so please ensure you retain proof of postage and ensure that the delivery method's compensation cover is adequate for the value of the goods returned.
